According to the survey, four countries reported a happiness level over 80 percent.
その調査によると、四カ国の幸福度は八割を超えているとの結果でした。
The four countries are the U.S., the U.K., Germany, and France.
その四カ国はアメリカ、イギリス、ドイツ、そしてフランスです。
